Position Overview:
The Recruiter provides full-cycle recruiting services to assigned departments. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Assist with agency recruitment, sourcing, and interviews. Guide and assist candidates in completing pre-employment process, including but not limited to: criminal background checks, MVR reviews, drug screens, reference checks, credentialing, etc. Administer new employee orientations and ensure proper documentation for benefits and legal compliance. Maintain personnel records and ensure confidentiality, accuracy and completeness. Provide point of contact assistance for staffing issues. Maintain contractors, volunteers and interns records and ensure proper documentation. Research candidate sourcing options. Develop creative sourcing techniques. Representative NARA at recruiting events. Coordinate applicant interviews for managers and supervisors. Perform reference checks. Maintain applicant log. Maintain recruiting data. Assist HR Team Members as needed.
